Our speciality is plant maintenance.  We are a "one stop shop" providing numerous diciplines.  This helps reduce safety issues eliminating high numbers of contractors inside the facilities. We pride ourselves with a .84 EMR rate. 

• We have floor repair systems that allow for fork lift traffic within three hours of installation. We recognize the need for speed.  In the plant arena time truly is "money" however if not done safely this too is "money".
• Interior tank linings along with spark testing to ensure proper coverage
• Energy conservation survey to help show the return on investment (usually less than a six month time frame on bare steam lines)
• Construction of removable pads for equipment that requires constant maintenance
• Asbestos Project Designers, Inspectors and Supervisors   
• Prepare and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders. (scaffold, equipment rentals ect.)
